a complicated history, true, but i can appreciate some nuance to it! tell me more about this panel (which ends FAR too early in the book imo) is it the teamed and vigilates on-the-lamb angle you're here for or the sharing-a-dumpy-apartment take. i'm down with either really.

he's fantastic live! i saw him once at massey hall and it was just the perfect old school venue for that kind of music. i don't do a lot of shows but i would go see him again in a heartbeat.

i am saying that my major takeaway from new avengers is that bucky's contribution to the team is feeble reminders to take out the trash. bendis's greatest crime is not giving me an entire issue dedicated to this. though, i am interested in all the rest of it!!

i figure the premise of this game will probably bring up the itsu subject at some point, though. i will be honest and say daniel way is not my favorite writer, but i think the fact that logan was wronged by the winter soldier at some point, but also has been a brainwashed pawn himself, is an interesting thing to explore, even though it seems that through their occasional team-ups they've just agreed never to talk about it, per manly man rules.

lol isn't this the same issue he yells at Parker to stop calling him Bucky Cap? <3 poor man. he's doin his best. big shoes to fill is all.

that makes sense and yes, so far as I know, like most things of great mental and emotional significance between major characters, it's thoroughly swept under the rug to uphold both rules of manliness and meta-rules of story writing convenience. i have to assume Logan's a little bitter about it. because he's bitter about most things and because of the subsequent fallout it created with Daken, but yeah. if there's forgiveness in the old guy it's probably because he blames Romulus more than Buck and can't fault a fellow brainwash victim too much.

either way im 100% here to explore the things comics won't bloody well give me already! if that means bringing up some difficult feelings with Bucky at some point I'm stoked for it!

i think that was a few issues earlier, but it's definitely the same energy.

but yes!! i'm here to explore the obvious hooks canon somehow leaves unexplored. i was just talking with a daken player about how the daken revenge on bucky plotline got completely dropped. anyway, my hope is that the setting here will help push some reckonings along.
