ALINA > coming from a world where people typically fear her people, Alina tried to suppress she was Grisha but it all came tumbling out one day. Worse for her, she's the first and only sun summoner in a world desperate for one to destroy a shadow fold that splits an entire nation. Alina has been thrust into a world she never asked to be a part of with no real options but to step up and play her part. She does fear, however, that she is becoming too addicted to power... NOTE: she is from the books not the show but that does mean there's some spoilers for the series/show since the adaptations run pretty close. She's end of Book 2. I'll have my opt out open for her when I'm off mobile
WANDA > in a world of superheroes, Wanda was meant to be the answer to how to counter them. Considered an enhanced herself, Wanda has been wielded as a weapon for destruction only to switch to the good guys side. But ultimately, she's striving to maintain her sense of individuality and independence in a world that fears what she is. Only recently she's discovered she's not enhanced, she's the Scarlet Witch. The Harbinger of Destruction. So you know.... that's fun. Character goals? ALINA > Alina needs to find a better way to fight evil without becoming evil. Also she could use some friends that don't care about what she is and like her for her. It'd be refreshing and maybe help her find her way.
WANDA > Needs to make peace with her past. Fear has started to creep up and drive her more and more away from people again. She needs to face herself and learn to be better. And realize it's okay to be around people all at once.
Tell us about yourself: nearly 30 year old workaholic who's currently immigrating to the UK from North Carolina. So life is a smidge chaotic atm. I love animals of all kinds and will talk about my dog and my cat from time to time. I'm a huge nerd who watches way too much TV, plays too many video games, and cries too much at books.
